Skerrivore has a powerful Combi boiler which powers the central heating system and ensures that there is hot water available on demand 24 hours a day. Additional electric heaters are available but they are rarely used.

The garage is an ideal place to store golf clubs, surf boards, canoes and bikes.

Large enough to hold two cars.
Outside Water Taps
Situated both at the front and back of the house. Useful for hosing down equipment that has been used in the sea.
Wi-Fi
Free access to a fibre-optic broadband service. Signal strength is very good throughout the whole house.
